I grabbed them for a Sunday batch of Mark Bittman’s legendary buttermilk pancakes — because if you’re going to make pancakes from scratch, you can’t just toss in any old blueberry.These little blue gems were plump, sweet, and practically burst into song when they hit the hot griddle. My pancakes? Fluffy little clouds studded with juicy perfection.Mark would approve, I think. Will buy again — my pancakes demand it.

18-07-2025I got these on October 17 and they were plump, juicy, fresh and awesome.Then I got a pack on Nov. 2, a non-typical WF brand (known more for cranberries) and they had a gritty taste because they weren't just a round berry but had a rough bottom; I really do not know how to describe it.
