09-08-2025The julienne peeler does make beautiful julienne cuts. I have used it only to peel carrots and the thickness of the juliennes is perfect. The handle provides a good and comfortable grip, but is a little on the shorter side, and this makes the grip and hold different from my regular peeler (and hence needed adjustment)
