The thick padding provides excellent support and comfort, making it ideal for a variety of exercises and stretching routines. It's easy to fold and carry, which adds to its convenience. We even use them as a couch protector from our dog when we leave the house. We have two now, and the first one has held up for years, showing its durability and quality. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and multifunctional exercise mat.

08-08-2025This was bought for my middle to practice gymnastics but it has also served as a mat for tummy time for our youngest. We love that it folds so you can store it. We use it A LOT and it has held up very well! It's cushion is soft without being too soft. It's big enough to practice cartwheels on and put under the bar we got for gymnastics.

The 6’x2’ size provides ample space for her to move around, and the thick material offers excellent shock absorption. I was impressed that despite buying a used product, it looks brand new - a testament to its quality and the previous owner's care. The carrying handles make it easy to transport and store. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and durable exercise mat. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!
