09-08-2025I pour a healthy amount in my hand, then lather my hair, face, forearms and chest. The skin on my face used to feel dry and a little scaly, and now feels soft and smooth. My forearms which used to have age spots and feel scaly, now look much better and the skin is softening.My only complaint is I wish the soap were thicker and less runny.

09-08-2025I do like this shampoo! It really helps dandruff. I did wet my hair applied the shampoo and massaged my scalpthree minutes. Before applying do shake well!

09-08-2025Works great for scalp conditions. I use it for seborrheic dermatitis on days I dont use medicated shampoo. The smell is light and refreshing and the price is fair for it. It does need a good conditioner with it or it makes the hair a little too dry.
