09-08-2025I have thick 2C to 3A hair and this was a no for me. Use too little and your hair will curl back up and get out of place. Use just enough to hold down hair and it will look mega greasy and still only hold hair down for about an hour or so. I do live in a humid area so I think that could be a factor to it. If you have wavy to straight hair, I think this will work for you. Easy to use but every single time I use it, it makes me look like I have a ton of dandruff. Only got 3 stars because I love the brushes that came with it so that made it worth the money for me. And don’t get me wrong, I still use the stick on days that I don’t want to waist my gel but that’s only if I don’t care who I’m going to be around.
