09-08-2025Purchased this set for my 7-year-old. Really appreciate how easy it is for him to follow the pictures to assemble the different projects. What would give this product 5 stars and make me super impressed would be to have a booklet that explains the science behind what he is doing as he connects different parts. Something as simple as a QR code to different YouTube videos. I’ve found plenty online that work to explain to him what he’s doing. It just adds the reason “why” behind connecting up the electrical circuit.As stated, it’s a great product! With a little tweaking it could be an outstanding educational tool .

09-08-2025Allows my 7 yo to do it all by herself which as a parent I tend to underestimate. For me it's a bit pricy but I consider it an investment into a great first impression with electronics. We do 1 experiment daily together with some programming also (Code Combat). And plan to attend a coding group when she turns 8.
