09-08-2025I purchased this Sony MEX-N5300BT stereo to replace my MEX-N5100BT stereo that I installed in my Tahoe about 8 years ago. It was virtually plug-n-play. I like the added feature that a second phone can be added to the stereo via Bluetooth and the 2 "Extra Bass" settings. Programming was easy and I was able to match the display color to the digital dash colors in the vehicle (N5100BT had this feature too). My only reason for the 4 stars is that Sony does not supply a case for the removable radio face. I have one from my old stereo but the fit is slightly different due to the programming knob. Other than that you can't beat the sound or quality of this stereo.
