08-08-2025The ball I received is sturdy, firm, and is holding air. It came with a back up plug, which is handy. It took my husband five minutes to inflate with the included pump.When I try to sit on it in the most squatting position I can, my knees are at the same height as my hips. (I am 5’7”) This ball will work well for me as a pregnant Mom with a nursing toddler. It works my legs and core just enough while giving me enough support to hold my toddler for shorter nursing sessions without hurting my back.The ball is not too slippery but neither is it sticky. It feels good on the skin and doesn’t get gross with use. I got this ball because of the prime day sale on it, so I got it for a great price. The improvements on my health and strength for labor will be more than worth the price.
