09-08-2025I was unsure about these, but when they arrived, I was impressed with the feel of the fabric, the thickness is the padded crotch, the length of the inseam, and they're not too tight on the legs. I wore it today and was extremely glad I did. These made a world of difference for my one hour ride! I had to stand up maybe 4 - 5 times, but 95% improvement to my riding experience. A well made and great item!!!!***** I purchased according to the weight ranges listed an so happy they had this grid, as well. The recommended size based in previous purchases was easy off.*******Background story: I rode on Monday in much discomfort to my under cheeks, searched for and purchased either gel insert or gel padded shorts) my buttocks began feeling less sore yesterday, and I decided to test this item.

09-08-2025Amazon recommended a large based off what I've ordered and it was a size larger than I wear. Im a 34 waist and the large was more like a 36 waist. These should be somewhat snug/form fitting so I've returned for a medium. Medium fit better/as it should. Great cycling shorts otherwise, well made, padded, easy to wash. Time will tell on durability.
