08-08-2025Just started the book, love the illustrations and appreciate the detailed instructions for each exercise. I like that the authors remind me what to focus on with the different movements, which muscles, how to breathe, etc. The very best part is the pre-built routines they provide; plenty of variety!

Shirley T,
08-08-2025Simple and clear instructions are given. I either lose interest or become frustrated by complicated instructions. This book was easy for me to follow and perfect for me at a time when I struggle with balance issues. My physical therapist has been working on teaching me how to develop my core. When I finish with her, I can continue by following the exercises in the book. I recommend this book for people like me who appreciate simple instructions to follow.

08-08-2025Easy to follow exercises and helpful as well. Too bad I didn't stick with it. However, the book is a keeper, and I can always get back to it someday. I recommend getting the cards or the book with the spiral binding as that would be easier to keep open while following along.
