08-08-2025I love these for my sore nipples. I’m a first time mom whose breastfeeding. I’m working with a lactation consultant who says you shouldn’t feel pain but my nipples have been sore 85% of these last two months lol. Anything cooling helps. Lanolin/nipple butter just makes them shiny. I LOVE these hydrogel pads. The only thing that sucks is that because of the anatomy of the breast, they don’t stay on. If they make them any stickier, you risk having pain when taking them off so I get it. They stay on when you’re wearing a bra, but if I’m at home with baby I’m only wearing a t shirt and that’s not enough to hold them in place. But I will still buy these. They help immediately.
