09-08-2025These Lansinoh Breast Therapy Packs have been a lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey. I used them both hot and cold depending on what I needed that day—warm for let-down and clogged ducts, cold for soreness and engorgement. The gel stays soft and flexible even when cold, which makes it much more comfortable than using a bag of frozen peas!They fit perfectly inside my bra or around my pump flanges, and I love that they come with soft covers to protect your skin. Cleanup is easy and they’ve held up great through repeated use.Whether you’re dealing with engorgement, mastitis, or just need a little comfort while pumping, these packs are worth every penny. Highly recommend to any new mom!

09-08-2025The lactation consultant at the hospital suggested to use these to help with engorgement when my milk came in. As a first time mom, I didn't argue. I also heard the way to handle clogged ducts is with ice, so I figured these would be perfect. Super comfortable, and I like the shape of them because after pumping, my nipples are sensitive and the hole in the middle prevents these from causing pain or discomfort.The only down side is that they feel like they don't stay cold for too long, so I usually start with the covers on then continue to use the cold packs with the covers off for a bit.If you plan to use these for both hot and cold, I would suggest getting 2 pair, one for hit, and one for cold exclusively.
