09-08-2025This system is very well designed, I also appreciate they give you a syringe to clean the tubing. The clamp to slow milk is very helpful and the clip to hold the bottle can easily connect to your shirt or bra.The only thing I wish is that they would include replacement tubing or at least sell replacement tubing. The tube will eventually break down and then you have to buy the entire product again just to get another tube.

09-08-2025LEAKS after 1 month of use, way too pricy to break so fast!And worst of all I can’t order a duckbill membrane to fix the issue! I know what’s causing it but somehow medela doesn’t offer this piece to replace. ALSO just like everyone else the tiny yellow part with tubing cracked! I do not over tighten the thing so what gives?Unfortunate that this, when it works, it works well...breaks so easily and leaks precious breast milk!!Just use the starter SNS, works wonderfully just doesnt hold the bigger amount (150 ml bottles) sadly {I tried, it screws on the starter SNS but leaks as well, dang it!)

09-08-2025The clip system is not particularly functional and the piece the tubing screws into cracked and made it impossible to continue using.I appreciate the attempt to make an SNS easy to use but I prefer the feeding tunes attached to a strategically placed bottle instead
