09-08-2025So I have had the other medela sns that has two tunes that come out on either side. That one leaked pretty much consistently and was Making my breast feeding journey a nightmare. This is an improved model. No leaking. Feedings go smoother. The white cap and the tubing were included in a small white envelope that were In the box.

09-08-2025Used for just over a month now and the product itself is great. A couple prior reviews mention that it easily breaks but it seems quite well made to me. It is a bit difficult to get the hang of using, but that is not a product issue and more is a user error issue.Definitely suggest consulting with a lactation specialist for tips on use.

09-08-2025We have gotten this product twice and thought the first time it was user error that it cracked, but the piece that attaches the tubing to the bottle develops a crack quickly, and then begins to leak and not work. We are very frustrated that we spent the money we did twice and the same thing happened. We used the item less than 20 times.
